RESILIENCE MODEL

PURPOSE OF THE RESILIENCE MODEL

The objective of our Resilience Model is to provide a framework to strengthen risk management in any organisation by addressing the different facets of resilience.

Our Resilience Model is based on four pillars: Risks, Prevention, Disruption and Recovery. These pillars are underpinned by eleven steps, which combined provide a foundation to improve risk management and resilience  in organisations in any sector of activity.
